Due to the custom-built nature of our products, all sales are final and no returns, exchanges, or refunds are available once a purchase agreement has been signed or production has commenced.
Any deposits placed to reserve a unit or begin customization are non-refundable. In the event that Tiny Home Depot is unable to fulfill an order due to circumstances within our control, we will work with the buyer to provide a reasonable resolution, which may include a credit toward a future purchase or, at our sole discretion, a refund of the deposit.
