5. Quotes, Orders & Deposits

Quotes provided via our website inquiry forms are non-binding estimates. A binding purchase agreement is only created upon execution of a written contract signed by both parties. Any deposit paid to secure a unit is subject to the terms outlined in your individual purchase agreement, including refund and cancellation conditions. Tiny Home Depot is not responsible for delays caused by permitting, utility connections, site conditions, or manufacturer lead times.

6. Delivery & Installation

Delivery and installation services, where offered, are subject to separate agreements and may be performed by third-party contractors. Tiny Home Depot is not liable for delays, damages, or additional costs arising from site conditions, access restrictions, local permitting requirements, or force majeure events. The buyer is responsible for ensuring the delivery site meets all applicable requirements prior to delivery.

7. Warranties

Tiny Home Depot passes through to the buyer any manufacturer warranties applicable to the purchased unit. We make no independent warranties beyond those provided by the manufacturer. All products are sold "as-is" unless otherwise specified in your purchase agreement. We expressly disclaim any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Regulatory Compliance

Our products are built to the standards noted for each product category (e.g., RVIA 1192 for tiny homes, ANSI 119.5 for park models, IRC for ADUs and modular housing). However, compliance with local zoning, land use, building codes, and permitting requirements is solely the buyer's responsibility. Tiny Home Depot does not guarantee that any product is approved for placement in any specific jurisdiction, location, or on any specific parcel of land. Buyers are strongly encouraged to consult with local authorities before purchasing.

Any financial figures, rental income estimates, or return-on-investment projections displayed on our Site are for illustrative purposes only and are based on general market data.
